The Law Office of Sean Yuan was founded in 1999. We specialize in employment-based, family-based and investment immigration of the U.S. immigration and Nationality law. We also handle wills and trusts, and estate planning matters.

Mr. Sean Yuan received his Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from the Vanderbilt University Law School.  He is admitted before the California Supreme Court, Federal District Court, and the Federal 9th Circuit Court. Mr. Yuan worked for the California appellate court and has had substantial experience in handling complex legal matters. The office has represented clients from Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Iran, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan and other countries. We have serviced companies of all sizes ranging from small firms to public traded companies, in many different industries such as high tech, IT, international trade, art designers, entertainment, architect, engineering, manufacturers, etc.
